SHIPPING and RETURNS
We are a two person operation and everything is made to order. Although we try to get your goods out as fast as we can, it can take up to three weeks since we are at the mercy of our suppliers at times. Custom or larger orders can take longer – please e-mail us with your request and we can let you know the timeframe.
Within the United States, shipping is $5.00 (add $1.00 for each additional item) by First Class Mail and also includes delivery confirmation.
For international orders, we charge $10.00 (add $1.00 for each additional item) for shipping. Please note international shipping times vary by destination. We will send an e-mail to let you know that your order has shipped out.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
You may be subject to customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. at the time of delivery if you live outside the United States. Loyalty & Blood Inc. is not responsible to pay for these charges should they occur. Refer to your local customs agency to find out more details on the importation of goods.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Loyalty & Blood wants you to be ecstatic with your purchase and be a repeat customer! Let let us know if you are not happy with your order for any reason.
We accept returns or exchanges on unused merchandise within seven days or by special arrangement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order.
